Gut Buddies: Nurturing Health with Probiotics for Kids
The link between children’s probiotics consumption and their increased gut health can no longer be denied. They also have positive effects on children’s sleep quality and have been found to be helpful in addressing anxiety and improving children’s moods,” Dr Perry generously shared. Parents may find these strains also helpful in fighting off colds and improving their children’s appetites!
Apart from picking probiotics of high quality, safe for children’s consumption, and from a reliable brand, Dr Perry also revealed that it will be helpful if parents are aware of the Colony Forming Units or CFU in the probiotics they choose for their children, to ensure that they meet the special probiotics requirements for children which are different for the adults.
