Hence, it makes sense that richer, oil-based skincare will work best. It would be good to pick out a cleanser, exfoliant, toner, moisturiser and serum created specifically for the neck area. NECK EXERCISES THAT WORK!
- Lift and drop your shoulders several times.
- Tilt your head to one side and hold that position for a few seconds. Repeat the same, to the other side. Perform a few repetitions of this, several times a day.
- Drop your chin as close to your chest as possible. Hold for several seconds.
- Drop your head as far back as possible. Hold for several seconds.
